One marine battery platform. Three models, sized to the boat.
Compact, Standard and Performance — one 48 V platform, one CAN protocol, one integration handbook. Made in the Netherlands, supported for life.

- 51.2 V One system voltage
- 3 – 7.5 kWh Per module
- 8 × Parallel, up to 60 kWh
- IP67 CAN-bus · NMEA 2000 ready
Three models. One footprint logic.
Every REX Marine module shares the same voltage window, BMS family, connectors and app. Choose by boat, not by supplier.
-

Compact
REX Marine 3
For sloops up to 6 m with 2–4 kW drives, and as a drop-in replacement for 48 V AGM banks.
- 3.1 kWh
- LiFePO4
- ~26 kg
- One-person lift
- 80 A
- Continuous · 160 A peak
- > 6000
- Cycles at 80 % DoD
-

Standard · proven in the REX Boat S1
REX Marine 5
The volume module for 6–7.5 m sloops and tenders with 4–10 kW drives. Banks of 10–20 kWh in 2–4 modules.
- 5.1 kWh
- LiFePO4 · 100 Ah
- 38 kg
- 135 Wh/kg
- 100 A
- Continuous · 220 A peak
- > 6000
- Cycles at 80 % DoD
-

Performance · high density
REX Marine 7 HD
Same footprint as the Marine 5, 50 % more energy and twice the power. For sport tenders, day cruisers and rental fleets with 10–25 kW drives.
- 7.5 kWh
- High-density NMC
- ~40 kg
- 188 Wh/kg
- 200 A
- Continuous · 300 A peak
- 1C
- Fast charge · heated
One integration for your whole range.
Yards integrate REX once. The same connectors, the same CAN protocol and the same mounting interface run from the smallest sloop to the fastest tender — so one handbook and one training day cover every boat you build.
-
Open CAN-bus protocol
SoC, SoH, temperatures, limits and fault codes for any 48 V motor controller or charger. NMEA 2000 gateway for chartplotters.
-
IP67, salt-spray tested
Sealed housing, locking connectors and touch-safe contacts. Built for the bilge, not the garage.
-
Up to 8 modules in parallel
Integrated master BMS — no external BMS, no configuration. Add a module later and it joins the bank.
-
One REX app, fleet-ready
Bluetooth for the owner; optional LTE module with remote monitoring and service alerts for rental fleets.

Four Marine 5 modules. Ten hours of cruising.
One 6.5 m aluminium sloop that proves the platform.
Read the case- 20.4 kWh

- 40.8 kWh
- Long range · 8 modules
- 8 kW
- Drive · 12 kW boost
Which module fits your boat?
Runtime is simple arithmetic: usable energy divided by cruising power. A 2 kW cruise on 20 kWh is roughly ten hours.
-
4.5 – 6 m · 2 – 4 kW
Compact sloops & refit
1–2 × Marine 3 (3–6 kWh). Replaces a 120 kg AGM bank with 26–52 kg of lithium — an afternoon on the water on two modules.
-
6 – 7.5 m · 4 – 10 kW
Sloops & tenders
2–4 × Marine 5 (10–20 kWh). The proven configuration: a full day of cruising, charged overnight from a 16 A shore socket.
-
7 – 9 m · 10 – 25 kW · fleets
Sport tenders & rental
2–4 × Marine 7 HD (15–30 kWh). More speed or more range in the same battery box, with 1C fast charging between hires.
What comes with every module.
